Would you say that this isn't a DIY project that I would want to set up on my own? I'm keen to run this show myself, perhaps on a rented cloud server, but... tell me if that idea is insane.

Cameras, I can get - all sorts and types with any connection imaginable. I have connections in the video world - a brother who does video editing & production ;) but he doesn't know anything about streaming online :(

One other thing I know zilch about is how I'd mix the two audio sources (one mic on stage, another in the audience) with the video, and get that going in real time for the broadcast. Oh and it would be amazing if I could also add graphics, like titles or those infobars at the bottom of the screen with people's names on them.
Perhaps I'm getting too ambitious already. First things first.
