Youtube gives you one link for your website and you can include a link in the video description that gets a rel=nofollow. When you make youtube friends those links are follow links to your youtube page.

Your youtube page can get a decent amount of PR and take another position in the SERPs for the company to push away Ihat#*$!pany.com sites (which can happen if your site is controversial). But ultimately just counts as one link to your site.
