I am looking into it more now..
I have :

filenameHQ.mp4 152,950 kb
filenameLQ.mp4 33,000 kb
filename.flv 30,900 kb

Does it matter which one I use?
Perhaps the first will be higher quality, but people will need to download much more data to see the video.

Wish I knew the filesize of videos I have clicked on to guage what is an acceptable download time.
