Did you not receive a notice from youtube? That should give the reason for suspension. If suspended for infringement there's usually a response available. If suspended for inappropriate content that might be a tad more difficult to contest.

Why do you say "spammers flagged my video"? Usually spammers scarf other's material for their own. If what you mean is your vid was maliciously taken down by user flags that's an entirely different story.
