Hey justa, and travelin cat, thanks so much for the heads up.

I think that the ffmpeg project is exactly what I need (props justa). The Animoto looks like a pretty good setup as well, but not as automated as I want, and it really doesn't let my site distribute the videos like I want to, but still VERY cool product, just not for my current project.

Ah webmaster world, what would I do without you.
