just joined to reply. Having this problem and reports with my wimpy rave. Doing a websearch ive seen other complaints that wimpy does not have active customer support. Wish madk would least give us some extra details please. Meanwhile going to check out JW. I have a older version of Wimpy and they want you to buy a new license update to the latest version and that could likely be why some of us may be having this issue too.
