Yes, multiple submissions over the last few weeks via their support form have gone unanswered, and most of what I've found online indicates that no one having this issue has received any kind of assistance from Wimpy. I could understand if Wimpy was a free product, but it's not and no support, or even an acknoledgment of the issue has been made. I have paid for several versions over the last few years and would supspect they want to support their product and regular customers, rather than have customers lose faith in their product.
