I suspect it's a much wider problem, (having to do with the Adobe update to Flash 10.x), and since we're paid registered users of WASP, it would have been nice to get an email from them warning us before customers started complaining that they couldn't load the videos.

I like the JW FLV player better.. the default settings work fine for our needs, and I find their default skin and controls cleaner looking.
