I want to start creating virtual tours of the local communities in my city....

Kind of highlighting local free resources like libraries, shopping centres, schools, ...etc...

for prospective relocation clients.

i want to show case them on my site obviously but have no clue where to start?

I have a digital camcorder that i can record onto a mini DVD disk.
I have some generic movie editing software...like MS Movie Maker...

i would think that i could store these mini movies...(hopefully not more than 1 min each) on my server, and just hyper link to them?

Should i look at converting them to Flash, to put into a flash player?

Any insight tips would be greatly appreciated!
