75% is massive. I'm amazed even 75% of Americans are online. Are we talking 75% of those aged 16 to 65, or of the whole population? If it's 75% of the whole population then it means it's practically 100% of the internet-able age-ranges as there are easily 25% who are variously very elderly, too young to use the internet, illiterate or blind.
