Thanks guys. I've trid those 4 services, but quality of their videos is not any better than quality of YouTube videos.

I'm looking for service that offers quality like 720x480 @ 700-900Kbps compressed with VP7 or AVC and alternative 320x240 @ 250 Kbps compressed with VP7 or AVC. I wonder is there such service?

It's strange I still can't find such service, because there are website with straming HD videos (not video upload services).
