except it does appear that some pages are not passing pr on for whatever reason unknown to me but doubtless known to google. ... and i'm not talking pages employing clever redirects or using NoFollow robots tags and other suchlike trickery. (although these things and others can prevent a linked-to page receiving pr too of course)
