If the focus is on relevant, high quality content and relationships then the strategy starts to form.
Then engage. So map out what you sell, and match it to those with a common complimentary interest and get their participation in it to form that relationship. As part of their buy get them to link to you, even offer them some written material as recognition for their endorsement or pay them a visit, or invite them to lunch.
