Is the business name and domain name the same? Such as "example" and "example.com", if so, that could make a difference. Even better if the unlinked citation is "example.com".

My business name is like "example.com, inc." so a citation like that would be "the business name", and "example.com" would seem to be a pretty natural style of citation.
