Link wheels are not good for creating quality backlinks. Instead the premise behind link wheels is a more automated approach to link building, with techniques that can be duplicated.

That doesn't mean that they won't work if done properly - it just means that the risk of continuing to rank higher long term is greater.

If you want link wheels, I would suggest going with a professional service. Might as well go with someone who's got it down, knows the angles and has the automation ready to go. Spending time learning it yourself, well, you can see the results.

There's a company in the pubcon sponsors lists that seems to know what they're doing with this.
