Has anyone tried Scribol?

I'm thinking of giving them a go. Their content seems really well curated and really high quality.

Is there any drawback to this? Does the Adsense prohibition against traffic exchanges include a service like Scribol? More importantly can it impact Google Search rankings in a negative way?
