Just a note to anyone building links...
Having a database to keep your contacts organized is a very, very good thing.
i use access but I am guessing that openoffice probably has a free database that you can use.
One thing that for me, anyway, is essential, is having a date field and a follow up date field for every record, so I know when I last contacted them and when I need to contact them again (if they don't link to my site - persistence is key).
