Hi all..

I've been hearing about this for sometime now.. Wanted to discuss it with you veterans at WebmasterWorld. Please go through the followings and reply me what you've to say on this:

# How many PR0 links are equivalent to a link from PR2,3,4,5,6,and7 links. (Assuming that no link pages have more than 30-40 outbound links)?
-(Please answer separately for each of them. i.e. A link from PR5 page is worth X no. of PR0 links)--

What do you think should be the Main-few-things to be checked or criterias while buying/building inbound links?

Please help us know more about how Google treats links from Higher PR pages (3,4,5,6) in comparison to the links from low PR pages(0,1,2).
