I'm from Colombia, I work in an Engineering company that is creating a new Web Site, and for this site we want to have a certain number of visits each month. However we don't have as many visits as we want. We've been trying to build links in similar sites, write a few articles, but we can't see a progress.

Does someone have any advice to make a succesful link building campain?
I would really appreciate it
