Usually each client I have done some SEO work for has 1 unique URL. I am able to focus all inbound links and efforts to this one site and it's subpages and it is pretty straightforward.
HOWEVER, I have just started working with a client that has 26 unique URL's (they are all different hospitals our client manages). Like I said, each of these pages has a unique domain name, content, etc...
On top of that, it really only makes sense to do geo-targeted SEO, which in my opinion is more difficult when it comes to finding links and relevant content.
Anyway, if anybody here has ever had a client like this and has had success, I would love to get a nudge in the right direction. Right now I feel like I am spending most of my time doing their monthly reports (26 sites!) and I'd like to focus my energy more efficiently.
p.s. We are unable to consolidate these unique domains under 1 main one, they just aren't willing. That was my first suggestion.
