I sometimes use it.
You should use it as a tool to do researches.

It's an useful tool: you can monitor competitors and easily find good place where to ask for links. It's a little bit slow but give you an idea about the link popularity of your competitors: the quality of links etc.

There is a limit: the software shows you only 1.000 links and doesn't give you the possibility to filter results.
