I've seen that philosophy backfire many times. In fact, I'm sitting on two link exchange requests right now that I know the client is not aware of. I take them and forward them to the site owners when I have the time. I'm sure there are many who are totally "unaware" of what their pittance has gotten them into. Deprecated
