I am considering buying a bundle submission to 100 or 250 directory links to be handled by an agency. These will apparently be from PR0 up to 7 or so.

Are there pitfalls I shall be aware of?

Could some of those directories be black hatted or similar?

Is it safer to do it manually myself?
