What does anyone think about these sites where you can buy links on other websites?

One i noticed was selling 500 links for $300 - The offer said you could have two anchor link text/URL variations which will dynamically regenerate every time a page is visited.

I guess the links are on low PR pages, but 500 links is 500 links all the same is it not?

One site a PR8 is selling links at $1250 per month!
