I've had link exchanges who have sent not a single visitor and I've had exchanges that have sent me more an extremely higher amount. It's a case by case basis.

This is the type of reply that I am looking for.

So in your opinion can you provide any reasons what you believe those partners who didn't (or don't) send you even a single visitor did (or are doing) wrong in contibuting to your link exchange not producing any visitors from their end?

And what about from your end, do you send visitors to those sites that don't send you any?

What about to the sites that do send you high amounts of visitors, do you provide them with a similar amount of visitors as well.
