I understand that this would be an automated process used by Google - what does it check to decide on a bad neighborhood - adult content, spammy redirects, cloaked links, too-many-links, FFA...? Is a bad neighborhood page simply a penalized page, for whatever reason?
I have heared of the term "bad neighborhood" too often here. What I wanted to know is what are the factors that that make google decide on Site A is bad neighborhood and Site B is good neighborhood?
