Thanks for signing up. Those that are just now signing up need to be aware that it may take a bit until enough links build up to make an impact. It was just last week when we refreshed pages, so those that have signed up since then, may be a few weeks until enough sites start carrying their link.

Right now, I am trying to plot out the handling of the second page of links. I have some ideas in that regard, but would welcome anyone thoughts on the subject. Questions I have about it:

  • How should we handle moving to a second page at this point?
  • Should we just wait until the next refresh to flush a second page?
  • Should those signing up now be given the option of a second page right away?
  • Should I put an option on the signup page, "how many links pages are you willing to run"? Then allow people to participate on whatever level they want. If they only want to run one page of 95 links, then we only put their link on 95 pages.

We are currently at 94 validated links (101 people have signed up, but only 94 have their links pages on the web). I've started a new policy of not putting out anyones link until they put up their links page. We have had 12 sites deleted so far from people who've signed up and then never put up a links page. I want to stop that stuff dead in the water thrawt that type link spamming. The intigrity of the system is very important to me.
