Hi...

Quick, dumb question... Do engines give any weight to outgoing links on a page? I know that incoming links are most important, and that the ideal is to have reciprocal links. But would it help my site to have outgoing links to relevant, authoritative, highly ranked (in engines and directories) and well regarded sites? I'm considering adding a "resource" page to my site but was wondering how much value to place on outgoing links.
