FF 24 was released on Sept 17. I am finally back on the WWW, and found this Mozilla page that might hold items of interest for some of you.
This page lists all the changes made in FF 24 that the developers feel might effect the way a web site operates in this most recent FF release.
I don't even know what most of this code is, but i figure many on this forum will, and find these notifications of use.
I did notice that support for the Sherlock search plugin has been dropped. I just found out what one is this year, after discovering the Mycroft project :) I guess it is a bit old fashioned. But there is a Mozilla page that has this statement:
And I already know that OpenSearch is the modern one. The rest of the stuff on the FF 24 page is gobbledygook to me, and you are on your own.
