Heh. That's pretty funny. But I had to assume it was something other than browser alone, since Camino's UA string includes "like Firefox 3.6". And yes, I'm on mac too. So it can't be FF in general but something in your own copy. Maybe you did it yourself to save time when testing the site.
In firebug I did get a bunch of little red-slash icons that I don't remember meeting before-- but this didn't prevent anything from displaying.
I can't remember the exact context, but some entities (browsers? servers? operating systems? programming languages? I dunno) insist on having an alphabetic character-- that's ASCII a through z --as the first character of a filename. Doesn't matter what comes afterward.
