Not sure if this is the right forum for this question.

My brother is having trouble seeing some images when viewing websites with IE8 and FF 17.0.1.

On other sites images show up fine.

Also in IE8 on Win 7 the images are visible or not depending on the theme he is using.

Any clues what to look for to explain this?
