I've had issues with Firefox and flash as well. I'm to the point now, where I use IE for almost all videos. Firefox freezes and never comes back, or stalls for periods of time. Chrome is better than Firefox, but not as good as IE in my experience.

I don't remember it always being that way, but it seems to be worse lately.
