HOW do I get Firefox to behave with javascript? I have java installed, both java and js are activated in "options", but scripts do NOT work whether it's on spaces of my own, or "otherwhere" on the 'net. I've searched around Moz's site and read all the faqs but I'm either not finding it or not "seeing" it for what it is.

As well, NS6 & 7 don't do js, but that I was prepared for. IE (of course) and Opera do just fine. ECCCHHHHH. Until I "retire" again (the end of August - oy, that's Yanni!), I just don't have the time to "chase" this sort of silliness.

[Edit for clarity]: I realize as I read back, that sounds as if I think java and js are the same thing. Not so, I know better; just that the "options" screen includes both....
