The favicons thing is an ongoing problem, but not regarded as one that needs fixing with any urgency.

I've never had a problem with minimise/maximize, so I can only suggest installing a newer nightly build with a clean profile and program files directory. Check BurningEdge for more details.

I've not really noticed a problem with the password manager, but I've seen complaints now and again, so I'm willing to believe there's an issue for you. As far as I know, there hasn't been any recent work in that area.

With the borders thing, you should check against a newer nightly and the 0.8 release, and if you've still got problems, drop into the Mozillazine support forums with the URL for an example page. There are lots of people like me who will be willing to pick your page apart to find the cause of the problem. ;-)
