The old default skin is called Qute - but it hasn't yet been updated for 1.0. Most likely, it'll be available in a few days, so I'll just have to be patient until it turns up as an update.

I find the default theme particularly ugly - it's the weakest point of the browser in my opinion. Qute was (and is) beautiful, and is a far better choice.
