Opera is wisely gathering good PR about the fact that Apple needs to approve this (provided the main stipulations are met, just as everyone else deals with). It'll be interesting to see how this pans out.

Hopefully Apple doesn't pull some lame "denied due to duplicate functionality" excuse, just because they already offer Safari.
