Is there an easy way to import bookmarks and toolbar from firefox to opera? or is there a wizard like ff does?

Its on the menus - File - Import and Export - Import Netscape/Firefox Bookmarks

Can't import toolbars - but many of the common toolbar features are already built into Opera.
