I'm not sure I understand that chiyo. You can put any page in there you want. You can do up to 20 custom panels on the Hotlist.

If you click on Add panel, it takes you to a customize Opera page, from there you can choose several pre-defined channels, of which two are RSS based - Moreover channels. I thought that maybe Opera was parsing RSS XML feeds automatically, but I see that they are parsing it on their own server and you access an opera URL with the parsed content. So, no it dosent seem Opera is auto parsing XML RSS files at this stage, but do have a facility where they can parse files on their server. At the moment you cant choose any RSS feed.

If anybody is interested, Tara's implemntation of the RSS Monkey script is great. Another highly recommeded one is at
http://piefke.helma.at/rss/
but you are still dependent on a remote site for parsing. It has good customization features too. RSSMonkey is a free script you can use on your own site if you are not commercial.
