Running Windows XP Pro.

I attempted this once before, a few months ago, and on that occassion I don't think I even got this far. I think there was a download problem. (Was there a time when it was first "free"? Might be the occassion.)

Today I downloaded again, installed it, got it to launch, the software added my favorites and then the browser simply hung on the blank page.

My impression was that the software might have been attempting to connect to the Opera site for whatever purpose . . . but nothing about that was ever revealed.

I closed the browser and restarted it. Same result: "Blank page - Opera".

I'm using NAV and Norton Internet Security. Any known issues that might be blocking the browser?

I am unable to browse to any pages.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post for "support". I attempted to browse, via Opera, to the Opera support page but . . . ;)
