I don't think you can link the notes to a URL (not that I have found, anyway) Its great for collating information as you are browsing. If you are data mining, say 'CSS Information', then browse away. When you find information you need, select it and do CTRL-SH-C and it is automatically added as a new 'Note'. Nothing you couldn't do another way - but its much quicker.
