So my boss wants two websites moved to other hosting, my question is about CMS.

I know wordpress but these sites are already built in PHP, the current hosting has it's own CMS right now. So I'm not sure what I'm going to do when I move to new hosting. Do most hosting companies have a CMS that I can use with websites that are already built? I guess I'm confused on how I will be making changes if I don't really know PHP.
