In my point of view Word Press is best

1. Because compare to Joomla word press has a strong security.

2. Then Joomla has a smallernumber of pre-built themes and pluginscompared to WordPress.

3. In Joomla somewhat very complicated management system that is very difficult to learn compare to Word press.
