I was updating my wordpress blog yesterday, during theme update following error occurred after some time.unable to access wp admin

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare update_page_cache() in /home/metalshi/public_html/wp-includes/deprecated.php on line 3135

please help how to fix this issue.
