I was told that Joomla and Drupal have some fantastic open source Content Management systems for my website.

I have been running a PHPwebsite using the RV Sitebuilder.

Q)Should I switch to either Joomla or Drupal?

Q) How do I go about it?Should I ask my Hosting Service?

Q) Is it a long, cumbersome process to shift the Website?
