---- PDF format with clickable thumbnail-to-fullsize images?

Good news for you
I'm surprised there's no option to accommodate thumbnail=>fullsize pics in a single file.

Yes there is, I was talking about using javascript inside the PDF to point to another JPG inside the same PDF. I found out the JS support on PDF trying to get PDFs to autoprint (to show the print dialog right out when you open the file) so I guess you could do some magic there on the same file using JS.

Anyway there is another and better way to do it. I'm creating the PDF manual for one of my CMS and decided to try and implement shorcuts within the document (similar to what you want but from text to text instead of images) and I found a solution that suits my needs.

I'm using *SoftMaker Office*, an office suite that has built in PDF export. There is the option of creating hiperlinks and markers within the text, from page to page and this is preserved when you export the file to PDF. This way I can get links on the same document to the respective pages and paragraphs for my clients to navigate. Is a very nice piece of software with a nice price, search for it on the web.

** Mods: hope there is no problem mentioning the name of the software in this section of the forum. I think others could find it useful too.
