Sorry, I'm still not quite getting it.

In the live HTTP Headers readout I pasted above does
GET 1 =/about-mainmenu-35 HTTP/1.1
RESPONSE 1, "see 2" = 404 Not Found

Or,

does the whole block (14 lines), starting with "GET" = Get 1?
