I currenty work for an English school in China and we have been using Google Sites to distribute language resources (mp3s, pdfs, etc) to students. Unfortunately the Chinese government has decided to block Google Sites and so our site is no longer accessable in China.

Does anyone know of a simple cms that can provide pages similar to the File Cabinet pagetype on Google sites?

Basicly it needs to to be really simple for teachers to upload files and for students to download them.

Any ideas would be greatfully recieved.
