---- What is Drupal NOT good at?

i would like to share my experience.
i personally think Drupal is a wonderful idea. I personally think if you are looking to have a completely custom website with super community functionality you should hire someone and stick to your niche day job whatever it is. But if you would like to control your own destiny then drupal i really like.
i have to be honest. The first couple installations of drupal i totally ruined by sort of installing then uninstalling different modules. i've crashed all of the sites i've created trying to figure out what different modules really do. Alot of the modules really don't have good documentation as to what they heck they do specificially.
That being said i really do think that if your super familar with css you can completely customize the very dynamic nature of drupal. with the many different css sheets on drupal its hard to figure what is going on. its my understand writing a seperate sheet of your own and saving it in the themes file under the root of the that theme is the correct way to do it. but heck i'm not css master. firebug and alot of fooling around is what i've been up to. no one wants to have a shopping cart or community site that looks like every other php cart or site that is straight out of the box at least not me!
