I'd imagine we'll shortly see Google monetizing Youtube content by embedding ads in the content people upload, and they're ramping up the T&Cs to dissuade Webmasters from having other, distracting ads near the video players.

Maybe some sort of revenue share ;-), or generic advertising, or even contextual based on video tags, descriptions and comments.

I guess if they don't like what you've done with the embedded Youtube vids they'll just prevent your website from displaying them.
