Maybe some sort of revenue share ;-), or generic advertising, or even contextual based on video tags, descriptions and comments. I guess if they don't like what you've done with the embedded Youtube vids they'll just prevent your website from displaying them.
I'd imagine we'll shortly see Google monetizing Youtube content by embedding ads in the content people upload, and they're ramping up the T&Cs to dissuade Webmasters from having other, distracting ads near the video players.
