some very good pointers here.

I also came across some interesting stuff on the net about 'elastic designs' - which is what we are tlaking about here.

Some other quite interesting points were made about serving a different stylesheet depending on screen res - three cols layout becoming 2 cols + expanded footer was quite interesting - although I can't find the url anymore :-(
